We aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm your reservation at Hotel Himalaya Skardu, a 50% advance payment is required. Any bookings made without advance payment, a valid credit card, or an official company letter will be considered tentative and held temporarily. We strongly encourage guests to complete their payment to secure the booking, especially during peak seasons.
Room Rates & Taxes
All room rates are inclusive of government taxes and service charges, ensuring transparency in pricing. However, please note that rates are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal demand, local events, or policy updates. Guests are advised to confirm the latest rates at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, 50% of one night’s room charge will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 3 days of arrival, a full one-night charge will be incurred. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the expected check-in will be treated as a No Show, and 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
Flight Cancellation Policy
In case your trip is disrupted by a flight cancellation, we offer reasonable refund options. For individual travelers, only 15% of the booking amount will be deducted as service charges, and the rest will be either refunded or adjusted for a future stay. However, for group or corporate bookings with more than five rooms, one night’s room charge will be deducted to cover logistical arrangements already made.
Extended Stay Policy
Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the initial booking are welcome to do so; however, room availability will be the deciding factor. Extensions are subject to room availability, and we recommend informing the front desk in advance to avoid inconvenience during busy travel periods.
Additional Terms
In the case of early check-outs or unused nights, no refunds will be issued. These terms primarily apply to direct bookings made through our official hotel channels. Third-party platforms may have slightly different cancellation or refund rules, so we advise checking the policies before booking. Guests are encouraged to keep all confirmation emails and payment receipts for a seamless check-in process.
